good morning

regarding to paint & coating exhibition in Moscow (28th Feb to 4 March), i took the flight ticket and reserved the hotel and must be there on mentioned  dates. but i have not been taken the visa yet. i heard the  embassy stoped the visa process. please notify me how can i get visa? i have terrible limitation of time.
